When do new netbooks usually come out?

I was wondering when the newest models netbook usually come out, or after how long a new one comes out (like every 6 months, etc)
Also, with netbooks, would it be soon that windows 7 is the default system for netbooks, since most are still windows XP?

They come out all the time, but there’s a big push for each computer consuming “season,” like the holidays and back-to-school. Most of the new ones are still coming out with XP, which rather surprised me as well. Perhaps Windows 7 is just a tad heavier on resources than netbooks, or maybe it’s a cost-cutting measure.
